When we look at well-known magazines like Vogue, Glamor and Top Model, they all show beautiful women with stunning beauty and an extraordinary sense of style and fashion. But looking at the models, do they really look like the ordinary women who read these magazines for whom the ads and articles are intended? Women and men do everything to hurt themselves to achieve figures that magazines show as beautiful. These people suffer from eating disorders and starve themselves or eat and then purge themselves to get rid of the food. These are serious and cannot be stopped by simply following a normal diet. On the other side of the spectrum there are people who have another type of eating disorder which is exactly the opposite, these people have suffered from overeating and allowed their body to grow to an unhealthy size which causes serious health problems and perhaps death (Eating disorders). Body image can be viewed in many different ways by different people. When talking about what is healthy, although every body is different but achievable depending on genetics. People should focus on what is important and beneficial for their body and avoid getting an eating disorder. Seeing yourself as big or too big can lead to an eating disorder, there are several ways people try to lose weight or maintain their smallness. body structure. One of the most common is bulimia. This is when a person binges or eats too much food during a meal or episode, then uses a method to get rid of the food they just ate, either through purging or an abusive laxative method.
