I have a meeting after school next Wednesday, I have to fill in for the other secretary at work, I have to teach a Bible lesson for the children's ministry at my church, I have to study for a psychology test and draw up the agenda for the following day's NHS meeting. This was a negative learning experience for me, as I took on too much for this particular day. I could have handled the whole situation differently by canceling my after-school meeting and declining the request to replace my colleague. I've learned that it's okay not to say yes to everyone when they ask for my help if it's too much for me to bear
