This is why it is important to discuss women's equality and the concept of diversity with adults, but also with children. Children learn from their parents what is ethical and moral, so they should be the ones to guide them and teach them how women and men are equal, and not that one gender should be able to dominate the other. Teaching gender equality to our children will not only help future generations of women, but it will also help future generations of men. By teaching our youth that both genders are capable of the same tasks, education, and even emotions, neither gender will no longer be criticized and judged by not acting in the designated gender roles that our society tends to impose.
