Unfortunately through this link you can see the pain that many teenagers have gone through and the sadness that many have felt. Some of which seem unbearable enough to take their own life and to me that is something absolutely no one should experience. This brings us back to the saying “if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything” and those are truly words to live by. This quote from Keshanna Browder is another negative example of social media: “From what I've heard, social media has ended many friendships and caused people to lose important people in their lives. I also witnessed this because I found myself in many similar situations. Don't hurt others! You never know what someone might be going through or have gone through in their life and no one deserves to be bullied. Among the many reasons why I am against social media, the second is that it represents a distraction in everyday life. We spend so much time absorbed in it that we forget to enjoy life. According to Shea Bennett of the Social Times, the time spent on social networks daily rose to 1.72 hours in 2015. As you can see in figure one, everyone is too worried about trying to take a photo of the famous actor Johnny Depp (for more than likely to post on your social media site) except for one person.
