For college students, this means that overspecialization can be counterproductive. My aspirations and ambitions are to become a journalist, especially a broadcast journalist in a news room, which means being in an active and powerful network environment, and it is essential to be able to develop multidimensional skills. Furthermore, as a potential journalist, I will need to be ready for greater flexibility across the globe, develop the ability to derive local value from knowledge in creative ways, work in multidisciplinary and assigned teams, and be able to use communication technology for monitoring . It will be crucial for me to be open to retraining and review my knowledge throughout life to be more informed and updated with new and future skills.
