As a teacher you need to be able to take the time to get to know your students on a personal level, even if on some occasions it is difficult to communicate with the students. It will be considered a positive approach to dedicate some of your time to your students. These relationships on most occasions help teachers understand students better. This will now allow teachers to become better equipped and able to adapt their teaching style to suit student learning. Related to this, an effective teacher must be able to break the mold and show creativity as there is no particular way of teaching, for example in my practical lesson my teacher prefers to teach without the use of power point and speak from the off the top of his head while in my psychology course the scenario is completely different.
