Behavioral approach leaders hold their followers in high regard and their concerns about how leaders act in different situations. It is classified in Task Performance ensuring that the group achieves objectives in speed, precision, quality and compliance with the rules. Team maintenance ensures that teams are satisfied, focuses on the appreciation and feelings of subordinates and decreases stress levels in the work environment and has good listening skills and accepts the perspectives of others, participation in decision-making approach .
