His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, underlined in the traditional leadership perspectives, the characteristics of the Great Man, these individuals who possess these characteristics have a higher potential to become leaders in the future, possess special traits, behaviors and situational intelligence characteristics. Trait of approach to leadership which assumes that leaders are born and not made, these traits are summarized in words of polysemy, 1) Drive: leaders are enterprising, ambitious, have high levels of energy, strive to achieve results and seek constantly improving, 2) Motivation: these individuals desire to take the initiative and strive for power, 3) Integrity: they are honest, credible and their actions correspond to what they say, 4) Self-confidence: they defeat challenges and increase trust in others, are able to achieve objective solutions in difficult situations, 3) Knowledge: technically competent to work with products and services and are able to interpret information intelligently. Behavioral approach leaders hold their followers in high regard and their concerns about how leaders act in different situations. It is classified in Task Performance ensuring that the group achieves objectives in speed, precision, quality and compliance with the rules. Team maintenance ensures that teams are satisfied, focuses on the appreciation and feelings of subordinates and decreases stress levels in the work environment and has good listening skills and accepts the perspectives of others, participation in decision-making approach .
