Planning can help me in my personal life by outlining exactly what I need to do or have to achieve a particular goal (retire comfortably) and organization would involve understanding the role I play I have to play to save for retirement. Control is important in life and this would include taking charge of what I need to engage in to achieve my goal. Staffing can help me identify people I can rely on to achieve my goals, while coordination would help me motivate myself and the people I would need to rely on to achieve my goals. The concepts presented in the “Make it All Work” video would make me a better leader by gaining control of my to-do list, especially at work. Additionally, the concepts of control and perspective can help me find focus and perspective when it comes to motivating my employees.
