Matthew HannaAdolf HitlerIf effective leadership exists, it involves enthusiasm, inspiration and devotion. During his reign of rule, Adolf Hitler had possessed all of these traits; qualities from which a leader is born. Adolf Hitler was an Australian-born German politician best known as the leader of the Nazi Party. As a fascist and socialist, he took part in the Holocaust and World War II by promoting the ideology of central leadership. Hitler's ultimate goal was a Nazi Germany. Regardless of the enormous amount of wrongdoing and destruction he created, Hitler was one of the supreme leaders of our time. Furthermore, he was able to gain followers through his influential statements, control his nation through persuasive methods, and achieve dominance; he was a determined man. Hitler had a vision and was firm when it came to gaining complete control over his people. Thanks to his charismatic speeches, manipulative strategies and committed attitude, Adolf Hitler became an example of a great leader. Despite being labeled as one of the most controversial leaders, he has certainly been successful. It is mandatory for a leader to be able to win over the audience through charisma and enthusiasm. Hitler said: “Let us pray in this hour that nothing may divide us and that God will help us against the Devil! Lord Almighty, bless our battle!” during his speech given in Berlin. He used the interpretation of the practice of Christianity to influence his audience. Religion is one of the most influential impacts on human beings. Furthermore, there is a sense of spirituality and hope in the speech that makes the audience believe that Hitler would be the one... at the center of the card... such controversy and destruction in the world were low enough qualities to be labeled as superior leader. He had a vision; he tried to complete it and sell it to the German people, and he retained the characteristics of a true and defined leader. Without a doubt, Hitler not only transformed his nation into what he envisioned, but also transformed other countries and the world today. Because of Adolf Hitler, the United States rarely stands aside while people from another nation kill each other. The United States will respond through military action or use the United Nations to pressure countries with sanctions. Adolf Hitler led his country and defeated several countries along the way, paving a path of peace, bringing nations together, and creating change. Because of his underestimated leadership ability, many countries refuse to allow this to happen again.
