Inclusion, as guaranteed by social justice, is based on the premise of equal treatment of all. Therefore, in this case, if educational leaders want to enforce good social justice principles, it is very likely that students will display minimal racist, prejudicial, and stereotypical undertones in their interactions. Furthermore, they are more likely to show diversification regarding their associative behavioral patterns. Social justice promotes the eradication of piety among students. Self-pity is a common behavior pattern among students who believe that the system deliberately and intentionally creates a barrier responsible for their poor performance or lack of common core educational resources. However, in the presence of social justice, self-pity is replaced by empowerment; the student is given special attention that accentuates his needs. Social justice promotes better academic discipline in students. To this end, social judges accept that all students are equal, thus allocating educational resources indiscriminately.
