Furthermore, in the world, there are countless people who would prefer unhealthy food to healthy food simply considering it tastier. Furthermore, chemicals are added to unhealthy foods and many are not aware that the food is harmful to the body. Furthermore, in this generation, unhealthy food is taking over many people's lives. More people should eat healthy food because it promotes health, decreases the risk of disease and improves brain function to help progress in life. Many people who have bad eating habits suffer the consequences of diseases that damage the body. Eating healthily can reduce your risk of getting cancer. A healthy diet has been shown to be associated with a reduced risk of many diseases, including many of the leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, stroke and diabetes” (www.cdc.gov). Death or illness is a serious matter for many people who deal with it. Healthy fats such as non-hydrogenated oils can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is a serious disease that interferes with many people's lives, such as a heart attack, and is why people should maintain a healthy diet. Finally, fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that reduce the risk of getting cancer. Cancer comes in many forms and attacks the body like a deadly virus.
