HallmarkTo get an in-depth analysis of the company, I had to interview some employees. When it comes to organizational culture, there are values that the company upholds depending on its position in the market. Most organizational values are defined as cultural in nature as every new staff must be informed about them and informed about how the company expects them to behave while working for it. Hallmark has embraced quality and reliability as a core culture in its products and services. As indicated by the CEO of the company; Donald Hall, Working for Hallmark has many benefits but requires commitment from employees (personal communication, July 11, 2011). The organization has values in its possession, is committed to ensuring that it provides quality services to its customers. In the company, people are rewarded for being competent in their work. Furthermore, it is important to take a long look at the company's values; individuals who uphold these values should be rewarded with promotions (Organ, 2010, p. 52). However, employee rewards are significantly dependent on performance in their production line and the profit margins associated with it. Most people who fail to comply with company protocols face harsh consequences. In case of shortages, such managers should be moved from their lines to different positions. The organizational structure of the company has the CEO as the head of the company and then there is the board of directors involved in the top management of the company. Furthermore, there are other directors alongside the CEO of the company and they help him in managing the company. The company's procedures are not formal as the employees and the manager......are at the center of the paper......claiming to be the best manager the company has ever had and for this reason; they decided to keep her in the position. Some of the factors that she says have had a negative impact on her performance are bad influence from top management and lack of cooperation from management stakeholders. She also added that she feels at home when she works for Hallmark and says she is fully committed to staying with them as long as possible. Despite having to commit to his business responsibilities, he says he has used the time allocated for his social and family life. Works CitedOrgan, R. M. (2010). Hallmarked Palladium in the UK.
