Economic and social statistics rarely differentiate men who are not fathers from those who are. Once again, very little information is available to people about fatherhood and what fathers want. Written literature on fatherhood and written accounts of fatherhood by men who are fathers are also relatively rare. It is certain that the environment around fatherhood has increasingly changed with regards to the domestic sphere, employment and earnings, family structure and employment (FNF 2011). The quality of families, especially between fathers and sons, fathers and daughters, is fueled by the quality of fatherhood. Children, especially adolescent children, require firm leadership from their fathers, now and in the future. Most children do well in school when their father takes an interest in their education and helps them where possible. In many cases, children have gained more confidence when their father spends time and creates time to be with them, taking care of them and showing them affection. Children also learn by observing their fathers' logical reasoning and observing how they make decisions. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the important questions regarding fatherhood and the importance of fatherhood in social policies. In the United Kingdom (UK), many changes have occurred over the last twenty years regarding the legislation governing parenthood. The Responsibilities and Rights of Parenthood in Children Act 1989, Family Law Act 1996 and Family Law Act 1987 focus on the welfare of children.
