1. IntroductionIn today's society, the use of project management is increasingly common today. Entrepreneurs are more likely to employ staff who have learned project management. This way learning project management skill is more useful and also important now. Larson and Erik (2011) state that good project managers are trained or come from experience, not from birth. For this reason, in this essay we will discuss the correspondence between some published project management theories and personal practice as a result of my participation in the Fit as a Fiddle project.2. Project Human Resource Management 2.1 Team Development A project team is a group of people who work together to achieve the project objective. According to Larson and Erik (2006, p343), there are two ways of synergy, positive synergy and negative synergy. “The essence of positive synergy can be found in the phrase 'the whole is greater than the sum of the parts'. Conversely, negative synergy occurs when the whole is less than the sum of the parts.” For this reason, having an effective project team is crucial to the success of the project. Clear and Khan (2010, p62) mention that there are four stages of team development defined by BW Tuckman, which are forming, storming, norming and executing. .Training is the first phase of the team development process. It requires the team member to know their roles and position. Furthermore, the project manager must provide direction and structure (Ibid). At this stage, in our team's first meeting, the team leader explained the scope of the Fit as a Fiddle project. An initial plan was then distributed and at the end of the meeting the tasks for the next meeting were established. These only show you… half the paper… so you take a project that has to consider risk, and it's an uncertain factor. You can minimize it only by using various tools. For risk assessment, you first produce a list of potential risks, then use scenario analysis to evaluate it (Larson and Erik, 2006, p211). Using the Fit as a Fiddle Project method, our team listed 5 risks and discussed their likelihood, potential impact, and solutions.7. Conclusion Based on the above discussion, there are a number of project management theories used in project fit as a fiddle, and from my personal experience, most of the theories are suitable. However, this is a virtual job focusing only on the design part and some results may not be accurate. While this may be true, through the work I have improved my understanding of project management and gained project management technique and experience.
