After I was able to formulate questions, I decided to move forward and use the five-step model and personal barriers to help me come to a conclusion about resolving my situation. Using these two methods allowed me to be able to see my problems and support my real opinions about how important it was to be able to earn a college degree and how it would benefit me for a more advanced career opportunity.
