Change Initiative in Law Enforcement Organization Change initiatives are time-consuming and exorbitant, which greatly influences an organization's drive towards success. And nearly fifty percent of these initiatives are unsuccessful. Because the certainty of change is inevitable, organizations will need to determine how to acclimate and endure change effectively. Every tactical change in organizations plans is brought about through programs and developments, and thriving organizations manage change by managing their developments and programs effectively. If any organization wishes to effectively employ an organizational strategy, it will need leaders who have the ability to push and circumnavigate change. , while ensuring that these changes tenaciously parallel business objectives. The success or failure of a change initiative is not just determined by how it starts and develops: it also involves preparing the organization for transformation and assuring stakeholders that the change will be successful. In this proposal the author will examine the change initiative of a police organization through the perception of the leader and the follower. Additionally, this author will discuss the successes and failures experienced during the process of changing the law enforcement organization.
