In recent years, the Internet has become one of the best tools of modern society covering a wide range of areas such as business, military, communication and information exchange. It's not just limited to web browsing or sending/receiving emails. People could even buy movie or concert tickets, download their favorite songs or movies, and shop in foreign countries via the Internet without leaving their homes (Pakhare, 2010). The Internet is a common term in the 21st century. It is now relatively easier and less expensive to develop an e-commerce business than it was 10 years ago, so more people have managed to enter the world of Internet business. The numbers went from 770 thousand families (36.4%) in 2000 to 1.6 million families (73.3%) in 2009. In 2009 there were approximately 620 thousand families (26, 7%) without Internet Connection. The people who use the Internet the most were mainly between the ages of 10 and 34, and in 2009 more than 95% of people in this age group had an Internet connection. The number of people over the age of 45 using the Internet has also increased. by almost 10 times, over the years from approximately 129 thousand (5.
