In support of this representation, the author mentioned the small chapel of Re-Horakhty, which is located near a larger temple in Abu Simbel. In this chapel, the solar disk, representing the sun, was also located between the two pylon towers during sunrise. Likewise, the Amarna temples and chapels also have this illusionistic effect, but they were not specifically mentioned and explained by the author. On the other hand, the author explained the construction procedures, where a copper sheath and gold coating were applied to achieve this illusionistic representation. These methods were also incorporated into the tops of pyramids and obelisks, which are tall four-sided monuments ending in a pyramid shape. In this part, the author provided multiple examples such as Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics and building inscriptions which he believed could demonstrate the concept of "[pyramids and obelisks which are the] illusionistic counterparts of the sun in the sky" (ref ). Likewise, another example of these illusionistic complements is the burial complex of Mentuhotep Nebhepetre in Deir el-Bahari, where the nearby pyramid would act as an illusionistic reciprocity of the rise of El-Qurn, which is located on the western bank of the Nile, and the summit of El-Qurn was thought of and honored as a
