In the works, “Double Daddy” by Penny Parker, “Diary of a Mad Blender” by Sue Shellenbarger, and “The Child's View of Working Parents” by Cora Daniels and Ellen Galinksy, the authors inform us that families are struggling to recognize and prioritize the importance of spending to effectively spend quality time with their loved ones. The authors explain what problems they face due to unbalanced responsibilities, goals and personal life and how they overcome these problems, but often state that companies neglect the important factor of family and inform how difficult it is for parents to struggle to achieve and balance the time. Both parents, including fathers, feel that they should be there when their child is sick, but society does not see fathers as caring for children and says that it is the mothers' job. The ideology of family bonding is very important and varies depending on cultural traditions and nationalities. Some parents have a big dilemma in bonding with their children or keeping track of time with work and personal life. Parents try several tips to balance responsibilities such as the demands of work and the demands of their families. Double Daddy reveals how a divorced father became a freelancer to take care of his children. This father said that there is a struggle with his work and family, "The struggle between the responsibilities of work and the needs of their families", which means that because of his work he could not spend much time with his family and eventually the father got fired and lost his job and that's how he became a freelancer, but he doesn't mind not having a job, because now he can spend more time with the people he truly loves. In another article titled Diary of a Mad Blender, by Sue Shellenbarger, she expressed the stress and frustration that she... middle of paper... on the part of the writers. I absolutely believe that parents really take care of their family, work and personal life and even the hardest things to balance and all these things are influenced by education from when you were younger and things happen that change the way think negatively and positively. Countless things can happen to your family, accidents, divorces, really tough things you can come across without peace of mind, these three important factors can really transform your everyday life into something truly extraordinary. Each of these factors is important, none is greater without one or the other. It's best if you try while you're still young and learn new things outside the box we live in. Try to be out there because it's the first step in life. There you will be satisfied for the hard work you have tried. Take your time, the day is still young.
